A day at your leisure. We suggest you hit the slopes using your 2-day ski pass, and take advantage of complimentary shuttles between the resort and the main gondola ski lift (see below for details and restrictions). Or, relax and enjoy a day at the spa with complimentary access to the indoor heated pool, steam bath and more — or treat yourself to a massage or other spa delights using your included discount.

Day 3

A day at your leisure. *The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Age is determined at the time of travel.

This DreamTrip is designed for skiers.

Conditions for using your 2-day ski package:

• Passes are valid for each of the runs at the Bansko ski resort. Your pass will be activated upon first contact with a card reader at the resort.
  
• Lift cards can be picked up at Ski & Board Traventuria, near the bottom gondola station.
  
• A deposit of 5 Bulgarian lev is required, payable on site when you pick up the lift cards.
  
• Passes for children ages 7-11 years are included in this package. Children ages 12 years and older will receive an adult pass. Age is determined at the time of travel.
  
• Passes for children ages 6 years and younger are not included in this package and may be purchased at your own expense. Age is determined at the time of travel.
  
• Documentation verifying the child’s age (such as a birth certificate) must be provided when purchasing a pass for children ages 6 years and younger.
  
• Passes for children ages 6 years and younger also require photo identification. A photograph will be taken at the cash register at the time of purchase.
  
• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  
• Ski passes include insurance valid for first aid at the ski runs and also covers the transportation from the ski runs to the town of Bansko. We strongly recommend that you purchase a full travel/medical insurance. 
  
• The operation of cable cars and ski lifts is dependent upon snow and weather conditions.
  
• During ski season, complimentary daily shuttles run every 15 minutes between the resort and the main gondola. Shuttles start at 8 AM or 8:30 AM, and end at 4 PM or 4:30 PM, depending on the month.
  
• Lockers for 2 people are available at Ski & Board Traventuria for an additional cost.
  
• Your included Premium equipment has only been used for 1-2 years.
  
• You may change your ski from day to day without any surcharge.
  
• Please note: Snow boots are not included. You may rent boots from Ski & Board Traventuria for an additional cost. We recommend that you complete your boot fitting during the afternoon on the day before your first day of skiing.

• By booking this DreamTrip I understand that the hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. The hotel may request the credit card in order to: a) place a monetary hold of US$50-200; or b) hold for incidental, security or other charges. By booking, I acknowledge having received notice of this potential charge and accept that Rovia™ recommends a credit card rather than a debit or bank card be used in the event the hotel requests the card.
• I understand that any such request made by the hotel is outside of the control of Rovia and is strictly a hotel policy. Should I have questions concerning the hotel’s policy, I accept responsibility for contacting the hotel independent of Rovia.

• This DreamBreak experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If this DreamBreak is canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 46 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than December 22 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

• Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
